I have not heard you say ONE WORD about that.

Deb, I don't think Bush is much worse than most other government leaders in most countries. They are all guilty of putting themselves first in one way or another......if this was not the case they probably wouldn't be in the position that they are in. Think about that......then move on to another subject.....please!
Laree - "You should be directing your anger towards the real terrorists. The only reason you are bashing America is because it's "fashionable" to bash Republican administrations."
Much truth to that.

Bush is SUPPOSED to be BETTER, hold himself to a higher standard. Comparing him to other crap leaders and saying its OK does not make it better.

I agree. I get the same vision when thinking of Cheney, Bush, Powell and Rumsfeld regarding their campaign about the immediate threat to US citizens and allies through supposed Iraqi WMD.
"Here, look, a 10 year old schoolwork to verify our accusations". Jesus.
Did they talk about anything else at all last year?
Now they do not seem so keen on talking about it anymore. Isn't that extremely odd??

Debbie, Your rants and raves and all your long ramblings offer up no constructive solutions, so as has been said before, your real concerns are suspect ast best.....

Constructive solutions??
Vote bush and gang out.
The US govt must stop telling the world what to do with threats and bullying.
They must also stop interfering in other countries govts and policies to serve greedy interests (pretending to be "policing" the world).
They have to lead by example. Right now the US govt. example is one of greed, corruption and murder. All of their actions must be held up to the highest of standards. Only then will they be true leaders. Otherwise they are leading by might, and this has sparked an arms race cause no one wants to be bullied.
Those are my constructive solutions.
How come your leaders "concerns" are accepted as Gods truth when they are more than suspect - they are downright LIES and has resulted in thousands of deaths?? What say you to that, or dont you mind??

we've always taken everthing our leaders say with a grain of salt. If Bush was wrong on WMD he made a grave mistake, although, i don't feel the man is the devil incarnate; i don't believe he enjoys seeing people die. Bad intelligence is obviously one of our greatest problems at the present. Do you have any concerns about anything other than Bush and his lies..Solutions start at the community level-are you doing anything to clean up your own backyard? i honestly
don't disagree with a lot of what you are saying, but with the tone you use, you will never persuade people.

You hit the nail on the head with that one, Mike. It's all about "tone."

Nothing against people from all over the world, but I will never allow my vote here in America to be determined by outside influences. I strongly resent any non-American's attempts to influence our election. I will support President Bush for that reason alone.

Darlings,
Please vote bush out. We will love you for it.
OK, OK, I'm not the most subtle person when I feel passionately about things. Thanks Memphis Mike for coming halfway. But truly, I believe the war was planned and the evidence handpicked to prove the point, and its all coming out now. The motives were truly ulterior, and thousands of people died. If you look at US govt policy of interference, this is not something new. And scarier still is this New American Century vision by Rumsfeld, Cheney and other bush cronies, including Jeb Bush.
It makes me cross when people dismiss world opinion as jealousy, and other countries are worse etc etc etc. Remember, other countries didnt start an injust war, other countries are not attempting to take dictate terms to the rest of the world.
Obviously not tolerating injustices in your own backyard is a good start, including in mine. This means being aware and admitting it exists to start with, and then having zero tolerance for it. Believe me I get into a lot of trouble for my big mouth. Have been doing so since I was young.
Laree, he's all yours, vote as you wish. But I was asked for constructive solutions, and I gave em. To vote because of perversity and not because you truly believe in someone is a very strange way to vote indeed.
But you STILL havent dealt with the lies... you denying they happened?

Hey. I would like to see Tony Blair re-elected in the UK, but I'm not going to tell all my British friends to vote for him!
