Hybrid food I accept that thats not a bad thing. Thats more natural form of mixing genes.
But some of these these are vaccines [untested] spliced into veggies, or pesticide resisting [another chemical] stuff etc - I'd like to know how many extra dosages of something I'm eating and what its doing to me. This apparently has not been tested.
and of course they have to bring in the usual crap, "do it for the benefit of those poor suffering masses". Who are they kidding??? Pocket liners.
I'm willing to bet he's going to try threats next.
BRUSSELS, Belgium (Reuters) -- President Bush got it wrong when he said the European Union's rejection of genetically modified (GM) food had aggravated the risk of famine in Africa, an E.U. spokesman said on Tuesday.
"The suggestions made by the United States are simply not true," European Commission spokesman Gerassimos Thomas told a daily news briefing, adding that the 15-nation E.U. handed out seven times more development aid than the United States.
Now let's hear a "why do we in the US have to pay for everything" ?
Maybe if Bush did not raise protectiontolls on f.i. iron to astronomic heights, someone may actually take him seriously.

Did Bush mention that the African farmers supposed to be using the GE-tech would have to pay a license to the developer (Biotechâ„¢ US Grain)?
The information that the GE-tech in question is not open source wasn't uttered once? Tsss. Tsss.
Well at least he must have mentioned that in Mexico the US wants license fees for GE contaminated Mexican corn (imports has transferred genetically engineered traits to local corn and the US wants a license for that too). He didn't?
