I have a lifetime membership to California Fitness (have been a member since 1997), but after one year of not being able to go because I didnt have the time to spare (and gaining some 5 kgs arrrrgh), I bought myself some fitness DVDs, a workout mat, and some weights, and now I alternate between low impact aerobics, upper and lower body mondays to saturdays, about 7 to 7:30 in the morning.
Paul, best time to exercise is first thing in the morning, empty stomach, two glassess of water... and you have to eat right, no more greasy sausages and doughnuts and stuff...

In 1991, Dunn ran across the United States to raise awareness for Habitat for Humanity. He averaged 27 miles per day, six days a week during the 3®-month trip.
In 1993, Dunn broke the world record for most marathons in a year -- 104. He said he had planned to run 93 in '93, but when he found out the record was 101, he decided to keep going.

A 24 hour race??? Be careful with that Kristina. I was a long distance runner once before also, it is a great feeling when you start putting on the miles but listen to your body, don't push it farther than it can go..
