That "Charmaine" obviously doesn't return for days where she gets feedback immediately?

Looks like another "streeteam" bust.... not like a "dying forum"

As much as I think that Drooly is always fast and too harsh in "fighting spam", he obviously was right AGAIN this time. At least he waited two days with his comment.

BTW.... "Charmaine" also doesn't react when sending e-mails.

Its truly sad if people even don't bother to drop a little "thank you" or something like that for the constructive comments, isn't it?

Actually...- Charmaine read my harsh post, and took it seriously enough to find my email, and send me a very sweet apology for what I called "spamming".

She didn't mean to "spam" - I think she's just a bit less experienced with the Internet than most of us here, and was kind of excited about getting her first website up.

We've emailed back and forth a few times, and I think she's a nice, genuine Person...

(Albeit a bit young.. - but there's nothing wrong with being young, Is there...?....)

Hello kathleen angel!! OUr sites are already in our signatures (except Droolymutt).

Poor Charmaine - she got banned by ezboard for spamming!

Kathleen if a band you've never heard of, send you an email saying "Hello, our band name is "blah blah". Please visit our website". DO you go and visit? Or do you consider it spam?

What if the band emailed you and said "Hey Kathleen, we hear you like live music! What bands do you like? What's the local music scene like in your town? Are you a musician yourself?", would you consider that a difference?

It's nicer to talk to people who have an interest in what is being said then ultimately handing a flyer out for a website without any interaction... Maybe that's just me.......

BTW.... Charmaine tells me that the music at Soundlift won't play for her... (she visited the Hobos page there....) - I think she's using Real Player, which is probably the problem...
