FWIW I really like 2002,and said so a while back. For it's genre the production is fine. I think that 1Sound doesn't care for acoustic songs much? I put up my stuff, and only song with a 4 rating is the acoustic one........

Larree...we've had our moments...but for what it's worth to ya...

"2002" is a Damn Good Tune...the message is great...and my boy turned 5...I enjoyed listening to it and have downloaded and burned it on my latest personal "chillin'" CD...hope you don't mind...and you're right; it would put some of Dylan's crap in the grinder...musical snobs is correct...

And Mike B...you make some of the best Electronic/House/Breakbeat/Funk/Progressive Trance-Techno on the planet...what a Krock giving you a 4....

I ain't no superstar/bigname, so I haven't even bothered...they'd just sweep it out the back door and make some smartass remark about it...total waste of time and energy...bigger fish to fry....

I got all 4s. Three of those songs are 1s what they call Radio Ready. Why? Because they are all on the radio. Big Blue Radio, Blue Icewater Radio and Shauna's Radio. I won't give them the satisfaction of me quiting. No, I am going to have my fun. Eat my dust 1sound!!! Let's see if they ban me, shall we?

I cannot believe "Can't Get Over You" & "Ready To Cry" won't be on the Blues Chart in at least the T-10.

I posted there about these songs but you know, none of my fellow Artist supported me. Thanks fellow Artists :grin

Mike - I'm listening to "Better Days"....

I like the singer's voice.... - but was he having a bad day there? At a few points he loses it......

He sounds like Bono (U2) in places.............(a Good thing..)

The arrangements sound sparse, choppy... - staccato....

Production?- excellent, of course.....- gotta love a good vocal mic (Neumann?) and pre-amp...

Sounds a bit too "sequenced" and electronic to me - but that's just my personal taste... - I'm an acoustic kinda guy....

I think I'm starting to understand what 1Sound is looking for..... - A tomato and lettuce sandwich. On whole wheat bread.

I think most charts ARE bogus, Phil.....

I've heard DOZENS of songs way better than mine that got rated lower and are lower in the charts.

And I didn't even perform any sexual favours for anyone...

I don't really consider chart position a reflection on the value of a song....

I just get a chuckle out of the hoopla they cause...
