just watched bbchris's video - sexy/ hot/ hong/ kong rock! Go Girl's!
I guess i can live down that blurb (thanks) - I've got some hard rock songs I'd like you to check out but i don't know how to convert my aiff's to mp3's i'll keep investigating
I'm glad you like our time it's very triple a easy listening - check out Eye In The Pyramid, Or Rock Harder, for a harder edge. It's fun talking to you guys and exploring your music, your sites and your smiles - what's up with ronongutiar's page - I can't open it - shandi

Hiya Shandi!
LOL, that page is just a "front" - so it shouldn't open, I'm working on the pages that connect to it. They really need to be updated. For example : pages there about
Chris's group the Sisters Of Sharon , Canadian visual artist Alice Phieu and another Canadian gal, songwriter-musician Emilie Wapnick
and others need new info, new/correct links and such updated for 2004! (Like any link to an artist's mp3.com page goes nowhere since mp3.com folded in December)
You have some songs in aiff format, Shandi? Do you use a Mac PC - instead of Windows - by any chance?
Ron

Well, we might have a Mac user here in the gang who is knowledgable re: aiff to mp3 converting, Shandi, and knows how to best go about it. But I'm thinking it's mostly Windows and maybe some Linux users hereabouts, and I believe the bulk of the converting is back/forth between the Windows .wav format and MP3.
Been a very long time since I've touched a Mac keyboard!

Shandi, now that I think of it, I do know someone who does alot of recording & converting to mp3s using a Mac. I'd be happy to get any helpful ideas on how to go about it and see that it's passed along to you. I know what you mean about upgrading, especially if it's just for one area!

thanks for that free software - I've down loaded it - lets see if I can figure out how to use it.
I CAN'T BELIEVE "I BELIEVE" KICK ASS GUITAR! nice groove, Strong singer, what can i say, congrats. All via the Internet? - that's hard for me to imagine- you swapped files then recorded with pro tools? - how is the fidelity off the computer? I am recording right now in a very funky studio (so funky you have to pee outside) I'm not kidding - It's a nice little studio though and inexpensive "because of the bathroom problem" he has all the avalon digital pro tools stuff. I need a whistle solo - I know a great whistler in New York - your giving me ideas! I send him the track - he records the whistle - i don't know sounds impossible. You guys did a great job. great collaboration. I could use a kiss ass guitar too!

No I havn't been to Hong Kong would love too. I think it's great that "Stranger" is in the top 20 of that independent music site - you guys really seem to have it goin' on "tech wise" and "music wise". It's so fun to be comunicating with people all over the world. I'm glad I found you and that you've welcomed me thanks
